Policies

Life happens and it is understood that unanticipated events may occasionally arise.

In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I ask that you please remember your reserved time slot is valuable and in demand...

therefore, the following policies are honored:

Cancellation Policy

~ 24 Hour Notice Is Required When Cancelling An Appointment ~

This allows for the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour notice, you will be responsible for 50% of your session fee, or 100% for Evening, Weekend & Holiday Appointments ~ as these time slots are very limited.

Please be aware that your scheduled time has been specifically blocked off to accommodate you. If you send another client in your place, you will not be charged the fee. Continuous rescheduling and missed appointments will result in mandatory prepayment of sessions.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the Full Amount for their missed session. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. If you have prepaid sessions/gift certificates, the amount you are responsible for will be deducted from your available credit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your session time may need to be shortened in order to keep on schedule with the appointment after yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, you will be responsible for the full session fee. It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you have time to fill out any necessary paperwork, chat with your therapist, and begin the relaxation process.

For those who use massage as preventative care or to manage daily stress, one massage a month is common.
